We saw so many spectacular sunsets on our trip to the Costa Rican Rain forest. The best ones were at the southern tip of the country, near Panama. It was the rainy season, so the clouds built up into billowy piles along the Pacific horizon. We ran down to the beach, under fruit trees filled with noisy white-faced spider monkeys, to catch this amazing sunset. Scarlett Macaws flew by with their long, colorful tails and loud calls. White orchids bloomed right on the rocks at the waters edge, even getting sprayed with salty sea splashes! What a unique experience in another world!
