It always amazes me how tenacious the seagulls are, bullying each other, clinging to the last rays of light as they fish near the shore. The cacophony of the frenzied flock is subdued by the sound of the crashing waves as I smile at the shore-side symphony. Wiggling my toes into the wet sand, I feel grounded and at peace with the world. Sunset at the beach is the best way to end the day.
