This was truly a piece of paradise, despite 100% humidity and no electricity! Wildlife of every sort was making the transition to night with raucous noise. The mesmerizing motion of the waves reflecting the vibrant colors looked like fluid gold on the dark sand, changing shape in a hypnotic rhythm. The clicking sounds of palm fronds in the breeze added to the evening orchestra.
